Overview

Digital Profile ("the App") is designed with privacy at its core. Your personal data stays on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your information to any external servers.

Data You Provide

The App allows you to enter personal information to build your digital profile, including:

• Name, headline, and location
• Email address and phone number
• Skills and interests
• Links to external websites or social profiles
• Bio text for different profile versions

All of this data is stored locally on your device only. It is never uploaded to any server or cloud service operated by us.

QR Code Sharing

The App generates QR codes containing your profile information. When you share a QR code with another person, the profile data encoded in that QR code is transmitted directly to the scanning device. You control what information is shared through your active profile version settings.

Camera & AR

The App uses your device camera for:

• QR Code Scanning — to scan other users' profile QR codes
• Augmented Reality — to display 3D holographic profile cards in AR space

Camera data is processed in real-time on your device and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted.

Apple Intelligence (On-Device AI)

The App uses Apple's on-device FoundationModels framework to generate bio suggestions and profile improvement tips. All AI processing happens entirely on your device. No data is sent to external AI services or cloud APIs.

Calendar Access

With your permission, the App can read your calendar events to display your current availability status (e.g., "In a meeting" or "Available"). Calendar data is read locally and is never stored or shared. You can revoke this permission at any time in your device Settings.

Notifications

With your permission, the App may send local notifications to remind you to follow up with connections. These notifications are scheduled locally on your device and do not involve any external push notification services.

Data Storage

All app data is stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage mechanisms. Your data is protected by your device's built-in security features, including encryption and biometric locks. We have no access to your data.

Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not share your data with any third parties.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it at all times. You can:

• Edit or delete your profile data within the App
• Revoke camera, calendar, or notification permissions in device Settings
• Delete all app data by uninstalling the App

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
